The annual Stars Trophy night is again at: St Margrets Church hall, Stanstead Road (off Mersea Road) Colchester.
This is the 6th Event with every rider being presented with a trophy or medel. Some competitors this year will be receiving two awards due to the entry in the Essex and london series.
The overall champions trophy currently held by Dave Brooks has been renamed and a new cup purchased to remember ( Gavin Taylor) A lively rider with excellent team riding skills and plenty of time to encourage and teach the younger members.
Past holders of the champion trophy has been Dave Beeby, Laim Spurgeon (twice) and Tony Brooks. This year is wide open with three possable winners riding for the honours.
Ticket price includes buffet with tea and coffee and soft drinks on sale. Hopefully,club president Bob Russell M.P will be on hand to present all of the awards.
